People at this century are going to choose an easy life leading to various health problems. Almost 80% of the world population don’t know what to eat. Most of the mothers are not aware about nutritional uptake of child. Most of the young guys don’t know how to lead a healthy life.

Why people are not aware about nutrition ? Are they not aware or they prefer quick and crunchy bite over a healthy bite ?
There are various aspects of the issue. I have analysed them following way —
A. Some fast food dishes are over emphasised and manipulated to attract people.
B. People are getting lazy day by day to prepare their food.
C. Our tounges have been manipulated in a unhealthy way.
D. There is a lack of awareness about good food among people.
I personally think that suppressing the traditional food is one of the hindrances of this issue. I am not against about fast food. But if the present trend continues then one day the whole generation will be unhealthy. So, here I have put forward some rules to follow for a healthy lifestyle.
A. Give importance on natural beverage over artificial beverage.
B. Give importance on less spicy, boiled and steamed food over crispy, over fried food.
C. Give importance on leafy vegetables over ready made buns.
D. Know the diet. Learn the diet. Cook the diet.
E. Prefer pulse to red colored food.
F. Prefer to cold pressed oil over hydrogenated refined oil.
G. Give importance on complex carbs, protein and fibre over sugary, spicy and simple carbs.

H. Don’t always be attracted by the color of food.

I. Learn to cook food at home.

Follow these rules at least four days of the week and you will see the amazement then.
